Blend of Mavrotragano (60%) and Syrah (40%) from the privately owned xeric and organic vineyard in a hilly area at an altitude of 500m. The small yield per acre ensures high concentration.
Description
Complex wine with aromas of red fruits, sour cherry, plum, vanilla and tobacco. In the mouth dried fig, chocolate, coffee, spices and chestnut.
It accompanies meat dishes, both cooked and grilled, cooked with red sauces, fatty country pies (mainly meat pies), and yellow mature cheeses.
