On the nose we can distinguish a spark of tart citrus. An ode to lemon that the sweet pear aroma, just barely moderates. Notes of pepper and a dose of balsamic along with a milder aroma of vanilla and cafe au-lait.
The intense taste is due to citrus fruits (clementines, orange) that attract notes of coffee, praline, rum daddy and vanilla cream. Paradoxically, aromas of plum, blackberry and green plum develop, creating the impression of a fruity brandy.
Finish with notes of plum and blackberry. Licorice makes a brief appearance before the fruits take the spotlight.
