It is a special variety which, under the right winemaking conditions, displays rich aromas and at the same time an intense tannic character. The micro-oxygenation process, which takes place during the maturation phase in oak barrels, results in a wine with delicate red fruit aromas and vanilla notes. Purple in colour, with aromas of cherry, strawberry and aromatic herbs. Dry, with good structure, mouthfeel, good acidity, with rich integrated tannins. Intense and good lengthy finish.
