The Crudo Catarratto Zibibbo wine is a light, fresh and fruity version that delights with balance and richness of the senses. Zibibbo is the Sicilian name for the Muscat of Alexandria variety that gives it its distinctive aroma. After harvest, the two grape varieties ferment in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures of 14 to 16 ° C.
It is characterized by a light yellow color and aroma of tropical fruits – especially pineapple and citrus. Also notable sweet touches of candied orange peel, quince jelly and a pinch of salt. The taste is fresh, fruity, well balanced. It leaves nuances of mango, pineapple and white flowers on the palate.
