It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured for 12-14 months in French oak barrels (95%) and American oak barrels (5%) before aging for another 6 months in the bottle.
Deep red, with purple hues, it exudes aromas of ripe plum, with delightful hints of vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied, elegant and balanced, with a persistent finish.
Drink within 5-6 years of harvest.
