Aromas of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, rock salt and crème pâtissière. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium (+) body, persistent finish.
Harvest of 100% healthy grapes, free from any botrytis and whole bunch pressing for finesse. Half the quantity was vinified in stainless steel tanks with Sur Lie for 7 months and half in Hungarian oak barrels (15% new) with the fine lees also for 7 months, without bâtonnage. Creation of the final blend and bottling.
