From the brown Moschofilero a white wine, hence Blanc de Gris, from the gifted winemaker Yannis Tselepos who manages to preserve the delicate floral aromas of the variety and add notes of noble barrel.Intensity of aromas and rich taste in the mouth.
A unique expression of Moschofilero with a gentle passage through barrel that can also be aged for up to five years.

It goes well with salads with goat cheeses and nice grilled fish.
