Mixer Lychee Puree (1L) is a professional-grade, highly concentrated fruit mix produced by the Italian brand Mixer Cocktail. It contains 20% real lychee fruit sourced directly from Southern China and Vietnam. This translucent, off-white purée accurately mimics the texture, extreme sweetness, and aromatic profile of fresh lychees, blending distinct floral notes with flavors reminiscent of Muscat grapes. It is formulated without artificial food coloring.
