Description
Vino di Sasso from Cephalonia is uniquely produced with local yeasts, almost no interventions, and sulfites at the lowest level.
Vino di Sasso means "wine of the stone" and it was perfectly justified if you consider the barren limestone soils in which Robola is grown.
Aromas: Tangerine, grapefruit, pear, peach, citrus flowers, minerality.
Alc. Vol: 12.5%
