Origin: Produced in Burgundy, France, by a 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemaking team.

Dosage: It is blended with a special liqueur de dosage made from Chardonnay harvested in the Chablis terroir and aged for six months in Burgundy oak casks, contributing to its complexity and sweetness.

Aromas: Notable aromas include grapefruit, peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and hints of brioche.

Palate: It offers a balance of subtle sweetness with a crisp, refreshing, and fruit-forward taste, featuring flavors of ripe pineapple and intense peach juice, supported by good acidity and a smooth finish.
