Character: Lemon color with golden highlights.

Aromas of stone fruits, such as apricot, peach and lime, along with aromas of oak, such as vanilla and nuts, as well as notes of minerals and honey.

Expansive, with an intense flavor, oiliness, balance, refreshing acidity and a long buttery aftertaste.

Variety: Chardonnay 100%.

Origin: PGI Florina, Palpo Amyntaio. Vinification: Fermentation and aging for 6 months in new oak barrels. Can be aged for at least 3 to 4 years after harvest.
