Bottled unfiltered.Fresh wine with aromas of pear, peach, citrus, white citrus flowers. Medium body with cool acidity and aromatic intensity that follows that of the nose.Able to age, the mineral character is noticeable since Assyrtiko is the main ingredient in the blend. It goes well with fish dishes, grilled poultry and cheese varieties.
