Description

Method: The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, exactly like Champagne, following an early harvest to maintain high acidity and low potential alcohol.

Aging: It typically stays on its lees for 9 to 12 months before disgorgement to develop complexity.

Vineyard: Grapes are sourced from the estate's privately owned "Perpatiara" vineyard in Tegea, Arcadia
