Description

Character: Deep purple color and fruity aromas of ripe red fruits, such as raspberry, plum and sour cherry, spicy aromas of spices, such as black pepper, cloves and nutmeg and sweet aromas of caramelized nuts and chocolate. Full, round, with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and a long aftertaste.
Varieties: Limnionas, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation and aging in oak barrels -French and American- for 12 months.
Serving suggestion: Goes with spicy meat dishes, red meats and cheeses.
